Shipping policy
This shipping policy (“this Policy”) for Refined Brands LLC d/b/a Naani’s LLC (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Naani’s,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which orders are processed and shipped. By placing an order with us, you hereby agree to the terms of this Policy.

Scope & Applicability. This Policy applies to all purchases made directly from the website and all subdomains of Naani’s, including, without limitation, mobile applications and any alternate customer channels (collectively, the “Site(s)”).

Processing & Delivery. We process orders on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time or on non-business days will be processed the next business day. Processing typically takes two (2) business days, and standard transit time is approximately three (3) business days depending on destination. All timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. We may ship orders via Amazon’s fulfillment network and other common carriers. We reserve the right to select the carrier and shipping method that meets or exceeds the service level shown at checkout. High order volumes, Force Majeure Events (as defined in Section 9 herein), carrier constraints, public holidays and other unforeseen circumstances may extend processing and delivery times.

Shipping Territory. We currently ship to the forty-eight (48) contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time. We are unable to deliver to freight forwarders, PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping. First time orders qualify for free standard shipping. If an order is partially cancelled, standard shipping fees may be deducted from any refund. Shipping rates and promotions are subject to change without notice.

Order Confirmation, Tracking & Delays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details when your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear and may not reflect real-time status. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, Force Majeure Events, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Title, Risk of Loss & Delivery. Except where applicable consumer law requires delivery to you, title and risk of loss pass to you when we transfer the products to the carrier. An order marked ‘Delivered’ by the carrier will be deemed delivered. We are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery to the address you provided. Where required by law, risk of loss passes upon your receipt.

Shipping Errors & Undeliverable Packages. Please provide complete and accurate shipping information, including any apartment, suite, or unit number. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a shipment is returned as undeliverable or refused, we may refund the product price less shipping and handling, or re-ship at your expense, at our discretion. Perishable items that are returned due to failed delivery may not be eligible for a refund or re-shipment.

Lost, Delivered-But-Not-Received & Damaged Packages. If your order arrives damaged, or your tracking shows no delivery scan for five (5) consecutive days, contact us at hello@drinknaanis.com within seven (7) days of delivery or the last tracking update. Please include your order number and photos of the packaging and product, if damaged. For orders shown as ‘Delivered’ but not received, we may request a signed affidavit and may, in our discretion, offer a one-time courtesy replacement or require signature on future deliveries.

Force Majeure. We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform under this Policy due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, fire, flood, storm, explosion, strike or other labor dispute, riot, material shortage, transportation difficulty, invasion, governmental regulation, public health events, war or hostility (each, a “Force Majeure Event”). We may suspend or modify shipping services, methods or timelines at any time due to such events.

Policy Abuse & Fraud Prevention. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any refund, replacement or exchange, and to suspend or terminate accounts where we, in our reasonable judgment, detect suspicious activity, excessive claims of non-receipt, patterns inconsistent with carrier data, policy abuse, or fraud. We may require additional documentation, signature confirmation, or deny replacements/refunds in cases of repeated non-receipt claims, inconsistencies with carrier data, or suspected fraud.

Wholesale, Corporate, or Bulk Orders. Processing, shipping and delivery for wholesale, corporate, or bulk orders may be subject to different terms agreed to in a separate writing or policy. Absent different terms, this Policy applies, and we reserve the right to impose different conditions, timelines, and fees for such orders.

Disclaimers & Limited Warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we provide products “as is” and “as available,” and disclaim all express or implied warranties not expressly set forth in this Policy, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties; in those jurisdictions, these disclaimers apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a purchase, shipping, delivery, delays or this Policy shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim, excluding shipping and handling fees. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost funds or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes to the Policy. We expressly reserve the right to update, modify or otherwise change this Policy from time to time. Any such updates, modifications or changes will be effective immediately upon being posted, unless otherwise stated. The version of this Policy posted on our website at the time of your purchase will govern.

Governing Law. This Policy and any disputes arising out of or relating to your purchase shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to the conflicts or choice of laws provisions thereof.

Waiver. Any failure by Naani’s to exercise or enforce any rights under this Policy shall not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Severability. In the event that any provision of this Policy is found invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be considered deleted from this Policy and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
